Child size is for infants 4 months to children 3 years of age.

- MRI safe; may artifact in CT applications
- All coverings/material are Latex Free, MRI Safe & Biocompatible
- Child immobilization has never been so easy with this unit
- This product is available as a complete unit
- Any of the open cell, raw foam on this item cannot be washed. Depending on use and your facilities infection control guidelines, the foam insert may need to be replaced after each use
- Any nylon straps can be wiped down with water and a mild cleanser
- Complete unit includes one of each:
- Child foam insert
- Plexiglas base
- Head restraint
- Body wrap with arm straps
- Leg straps

Warranty: 60 days from date of shipment against manufacturing defects.
Returns
Customers wishing to return this product must contact Customer Service to obtain a valid return authorization number within 30 days of receipt. Please note, due to infection control concerns, to qualify for a return all parts must be unused and in the original packaging. The sealed plastic bag can not have been opened. A decontamination form will be provided when the RMA is issued and the completed form must be included with the return. A minimum restocking fee of 25% will apply to all returns.

Customer Questions
Will this product cause artifacts for DXA scans? The description states it may cause artifacts for CT scans.
This item could possibly artifact during a bone density exam depending on the position of the patient and strength of the scan.
