No item will be accepted for return after 30 days from date of purchase. All returns must be labeled with an RMA number, which must be obtained by contacting customer service. Claims for shortage, breakage, or any other reason must be made within 48 hours of receipt. Shipping containers MUST be kept if item is damaged or short. All returns are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for all freight charges incurred.
What style of casters are compatible to replace the OEM casters? Common stem types are expansion, grip neck, grip ring, threaded or metric. The casters sold with this stool are hard plastic designed for carpet and are leaving cuts in the material the hospital uses in our OR's flooring.
Unfortunately the plant is not able to provide any information about replacements or recommendations for the casters . The stool is intended to only be used with the casters provided.
