Returns
Authorization for return of new and unused items must be requested from Customer Service within 15 days of product shipment. All returns must be labeled with a return authorization number. Claims of shortage or damage must be made within 48 hours of receipt and shipping containers must be kept. All returns are subject to a minimum 35% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for all freight charges incurred.
