The 3B Scientific Hemorrhage Control Leg Trainer is an affordable and simple solution for realistic training of bleeding control and management of traumatic injuries on the thigh.

Features:

• Simulates a leg of an adult male with an amputation in the knee region with realistic outer anatomy
• Skin is made of high-quality SKINlike™ sturdy silicone to simulate human skin and tissue haptics
• Has bony landmarks and palpable vessels damaged
• Equipped with three different wound patterns:
  • Deep laceration (around 4 cm deep) in the groin area
  • Gunshot wound through and through (GSW) with entry and exit wounds on the upper thigh
  • Amputation in the knee region
• Each wound can bleed independently, with various venous or arterial pulsatile hemorrhage scenarios
• The manual blood pump system supplies artificial blood to each wound individually, to any two in combination, or all three simultaneously
• Provides direct visual feedback when hemorrhage control is successful, as bleeding stops automatically by mechanical occlusion of the blood vessels
• Realistic, low-cost simulator suitable for repetitive training
• Each wound can be hidden with a dedicated cover to offer modular injury scenarios

• Hemostatic device application - gunshot wounds compatible with XSTAT® hemostatic device
• Drop knee technique - applicable in scenarios without junctional wounds, with supplied wound cover
