Warranty: Thermco Products Inc. (“the Company,” “we,” or “us”) warrants that its products, when purchased from an authorized Thermco Products Inc. distributor, will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery from our warehouse. This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser, is non-transferable, and covers defects in materials and workmanship during the warranty period; it does not apply to products that have been altered, misused, damaged by accident, or subjected to negligence or improper handling.

Cleaning and Care Instructions:

  • Cleaning exterior nylon fabric case: Use a damp cloth and mild detergent, wipe it gently, rinse with clean water. For heavier soil, use a soft brush with mild soap to lightly scrub the affected areas, then rinse with clean water. Avoid chemicals or abrasive materials, as they may damage the fabric.   Allow the case to air-dry completely before using it again.
  • Cleaning interior plastic insert: Remove the insert and clean with a mild detergent or disinfectant. Use a soft cloth or sponge to wipe down the surface. It’s safe to rinse the case with water, not required.  After cleaning, allow the insert to thoroughly dry before storing or using it again.
