Product Description

The Thermco HiTemp 140 High Temperature Data Logger with 24" Flex Probe is a high-precision, temperature data logger for use in severe environments like autoclaves and sterilizers, ovens, research laboratories, and food processing.

Features:

It is made with rugged 316 stainless steel
A non-volatile solid-state memory that retains data even if the battery is discharged
Data is presented in graphical, tabular, and summary formats for analysis, and can be viewed in °C, °F, K, or °R. It can also be automatically exported to Excel for further calculations
It may be used with a PC to monitor and record data in real time
Digital calibration through software that automatically records within the device
An optional password may be programmed into the device to restrict access to configuration options. Data may be read out without the password
Engraved label on its body
A user-replaceable battery
Indicates battery life
Flex probe lengths up to 24 inches
