Warranty: STOPS MEDICAL manufactured products are covered by a limited warranty for a period of 1 year from the shipment date against defects in material and workmanship. All warranty service must be obtained through STOPS MEDICAL, whether purchased directly from STOPS MEDICAL or one of the STOPS MEDICAL distributors. Warranty inquiries must be submitted and approved prior to shipping any product back to STOPS MEDICAL for evaluation.
Returns
Products must be returned in unused, resalable condition with the original packaging. To return this item you must contact Customer Service within 14 days of receipt to obtain a valid Return Authorization Number. Restocking fees may apply at the discretion of the manufacturer. Customers original shipping charges will not be reimbursed. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges and insuring the package. Credit will not be issued if product is received damaged.
