Omni Tablet Holder adjusts to tablet size and provides a convenient hands free tool for clinicians and office personnel!

Constructed of heavy gauge steel
Accommodate all tablets measuring from 6" to 12 1/4" in width, 6" to 12 1/4" in height and up to 3/4" in depth
The unique tension hinged design allows the user easily change the angle view when needed
The hinges ensure that the angle does not change once it set
No tools or knobs are required to adjust the angle

Warranty:

Products manufactured by OMNIMED®, Inc. are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for 5 years, provided the specific equipment is used as recommended. This guarantee shall not apply to any equipment which has been damaged, misused, repaired or altered outside our factory without our authorization. Dents, scratches and bent parts are considered normal wear and tear and do not apply.

Returns

Products must be returned in unused, resalable condition with the original packaging. Please contact Customer Service for a valid return authorization within 30 days of receipt of purchase. A minimum restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price will be deducted from the refund. Customers original shipping charges will not be reimbursed. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges and insuring the package. Credit will not be issued if product is received damaged.
