The Life/form® Patient Education Tracheostomy Care Set is ideal for teaching patients and caregivers the skills they will need to perform at home.
- Adult Manikin includes oral and nasal passages, the pharynx, epiglottis, trachea, esophagus, tracheostomy site, and cricoid cartilage
- Mouth and jaw are flexible to allow oral suctioning
- Trachea branches into the left and right bronchial trees
- Students can practice suctioning techniques, proper cuff inflation, dressing changes, and other techniques
- Cleansing and maintenance of the external tracheal site can be performed just as on an actual patient
- Infant Manikin can be used to teach parents and caregivers basic tracheostomy care skills, and is used extensively with children to comfort them and improve their self-esteem
- Set comes complete with one adult and one infant manikin, one adult and one infant tracheostomy tube, instruction guide, and carry case
- Can accept iGel airway
- Five-year limited warranty, except electronic parts or components, which have a two-year limited warranty

Limited Warranty: This product is covered by a limited manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. Warranty coverage periods may vary depending on the product type and included electronic components. Returns
Authorization must be obtained from Customer Service within 30 days of product shipment. Product must be returned in new, unused condition in an unopened package. All returns are subject to a restocking fee set the manufacturer, which for most products is a minimum of 20%. All shipping charges remain payable by the purchaser.
