Life/form Injectable Training Arm Model LF03612 is an exact reproduction of the arm of a 5-year-old for the practice of venipuncture and intramuscular injection techniques and procedures used in young children.
- Features realistic skin and veins so the skin actually rolls as you palpate the vein, and the characteristic "pop" can be felt as the needle penetrates the vein
- Realistic flashback occurs with proper insertion
- Arm pivots at the upper arm for easy accessibility to antecubital fossa, along the forearm, and at the back of the hand
- A bony landmark at the shoulder helps identify muscle tissue for intramuscular injections
- For attachment to the left shoulder of any Life/form® Child CPR/Airway Management Torso
- Arm comes with light skin, 2 fluid supply bags, 3 cc syringe, 12 cc syringe, needle, 1 pint Life/form® blood, instruction manual, and carry case
- Replacement skin, veins, and an aerosol vein sealant (LF01099) are available for purchase separately
- Five-year limited warranty, except electronic parts or components, which have a two-year limited warranty

Returns
Authorization must be obtained from Customer Service within 30 days of product shipment. Product must be returned in new, unused condition in an unopened package. All returns are subject to a restocking fee set the manufacturer, which for most products is a minimum of 20%. All shipping charges remain payable by the purchaser.
