The Life/form® Basic Sanitary CPR Dog provides each student with their own sanitary muzzle and nosepiece with a one-way valve.
- The muzzles may be disinfected and reused, while the nosepieces and lower airways are disposable
- In addition to practice in assisted breathing, students may practice the appropriate rate, pressure, and position of cardiac massage and coordinate the respiratory cardiovascular functions
- A visible chest rise appears when correct ventilations are applied
- Includes soft carrying case, six muzzles, 10 nosepieces, and three lower disposable airways
- Five-year limited warranty, except electronic parts or components, which have a two-year limited warranty

Limited Warranty: This product is covered by a limited manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. Returns
Authorization must be obtained from Customer Service within 30 days of product shipment. Product must be returned in new, unused condition in an unopened package. All returns are subject to a restocking fee set the manufacturer, which for most products is a minimum of 20%. All shipping charges remain payable by the purchaser.
