The Life/form® Adult Sternal Intraosseous Infusion Simulator is a first of its kind dramatic training aid designed to demonstrate, simulate, and prepare all levels of healthcare professionals for use of the sternal intraosseous approach.

- The simulator uses a replaceable bone that is designed to be rotated and punctured several times, extending the life of the simulator
- The sternum may be filled with simulated blood to better visualize true flashback

- 10 replaceable simulated bones that should allow at least 10-12 punctures
- A syringe with tubing
- Blood mixture
- A hard carrying case
- Five-year limited warranty, except electronic parts or components, which have a two-year limited warranty

Limited Warranty: This product is covered by a limited manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. Warranty coverage periods may vary depending on the product type and included electronic components. Returns
Authorization must be obtained from Customer Service within 30 days of product shipment. Product must be returned in new, unused condition in an unopened package. All returns are subject to a restocking fee set the manufacturer, which for most products is a minimum of 20%. All shipping charges remain payable by the purchaser.
