Instructions

Warranty: Drucker Diagnostics warrants that the product, including but not limited to the centrifuge, accessories, and individual components (“Product”), will be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period of two (2) years from the date of shipment from Drucker Diagnostics. This warranty applies as well to Drucker Diagnostics products sold under private labels.

Returns

Products must be returned in unused, unopened, resalable condition with the original packaging. To return this item you must contact Customer Service within 30 days of receipt to obtain a valid Return Authorization Number. Restocking fees may apply at the discretion of the manufacturer. Customers original shipping charges will not be reimbursed. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges and insuring the package. Credit will not be issued if product is received damaged.
