The Champion Healthcare Head Pillow/Lumbar Support is an optional accessory for curved back recliners.

Provides comfort and support with an adjustable head pillow with a large strap
The large strap holds the pillow securely in place, but can be moved down for additional lumbar support

Instructions

Warranty: Champion warrants all other products, product components, and / or accessories to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of two (2) years from the date of shipment, provided that the product is in use by the original owner and has been used only for its original purpose. This would include, among other products: “Champion” approved and supplied actuators, power & electrical systems, foam packs, paint / powder coat finishes, tables, and casters.
