Warranty: Capsa Healthcare warrants to the original user of its products that the products will, at the date of initial purchase, meet the applicable specification for such products and will be free from any defects in materials or manufacture under normal use for the standard warranty period of 3 years (PARTS ONLY.)

Returns

All returns require return authorization within 30 days of receipt. Please contact Customer Service to request a return authorization. Returned Products must be in original packaging and arrive in new condition. All returns are subject to a minimum 25% restocking charge. The purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges, and the correct re-packing of products when returned to ensure damage does not occur during shipment.
