Benchmark Pulse 150™ Ultrasonic Homogenizer
Product Description
The Pulse 150™ Ultrasonic Homogenizer uses cavitation and ultrasonic waves to break cells in suspension, shear DNA, and prepare samples for ChIP assays. With up to 650 watts of power, the unit can process samples from 0.1 mL to 150 mL (with the appropriate horn).
Features:
- Pulsed operation, power ratios, and other operating parameters are easily set and viewed on the 4.3" Color Touch Screen
- Twenty (20) programs can be stored in memory and recalled as needed
- Alarms alert the user to over temperature, over/no load, and expiration of time
- All components needed for homogenization are included with the Pulse 150™
- A 6 mm Diameter Titanium Alloy Horn for processing samples from 10 mL to 100 mL at 1 to 75% power
- A Controller, Transducer, Temperature Probe, and Wrenches to change horns
- A Soundproof box with sample platform. The box reduces the noise generated by the sonicator
Optional horn sizes of 2 mm, 3 mm, or 8 mm are available for other volumes.

Products must be returned in unused, resalable condition with the original packaging. Please contact Customer Service for a valid return authorization within 30 days of receipt of purchase. A minimum restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price will be deducted from the refund. Customers original shipping charges will not be reimbursed.
