We warrant to the original end user all products manufactured by the company to be free from defects in workmanship and material for a period of 1 year. The warranty does not cover failures due to negligence, accident, or installation not made in accordance with the company's instructions or failure to follow maintenance instructions. Returns
A valid RMA number is required and must be obtained from Customer Service within 30 days of product shipment date. Returned Products must be in original packaging in unused, resalable condition. Returns will be subject to a handling and re-stocking charge. All shipping charges remain payable by the purchaser.
