The ADC Proscope™ 2.5V Standard Ophthalmoscope is a complete portable diagnostic tool that comes standard with a 2.5V ophthalmoscope head and a 2.5V portable battery handle, supplied in a zippered nylon storage case.

Features:

Ophthalmoscope head with lens wheel features 24 corrective lenses from -25 to +40 diopters
Bayonet head locking mounts for secure connection to the battery handle
"C" cell-powered battery handle with rheostatic on/off switch*
Meets or exceeds ISO 10942, ISO 15004-1, and ISO 15004-2
Comes Standard with:
- 2.5V Ophthalmoscope head
- 2.5V Portable battery handle
- Zippered nylon storage case
Inspected, assembled, and packaged in the U.S.A. from foreign components

This warranty excludes damage resulting from improper handling, misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications made by third parties.

Returns

Products must be returned in unused, unopened, resalable condition with the original packaging. To return this item you must contact Customer Service within 30 days of receipt to obtain a valid Return Authorization Number. Restocking fees may apply at the discretion of the manufacturer. Customers original shipping charges will not be reimbursed. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges and insuring the package. Credit will not be issued if product is received damaged.
