Limited Warranty: Mid Central Medical warrants all products against defects in materials and workmanship for 2 years from the date of purchase. A copy of the invoice showing the date of purchase must be provided. Limitations and Exclusions: Warranty is void if the serial number has been removed or defaced. Products subjected to accidents, negligence, abuse, misuse, improper operation, improper maintenance, or damages beyond the manufacturer's control are not covered by this warranty. Warranty shall not apply to problems arising from normal wear and tear or failure to follow instructions.

Returns

Products must be returned in unused, resalable condition with the original packaging. Please contact Customer Service for a valid return authorization within 30 days of receipt of purchase. A minimum restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price will be deducted from the refund. Customers original shipping charges will not be reimbursed. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges and insuring the package. Credit will not be issued if product is received damaged.
