This item is an accessory for Universal Octopaque Item #PA-03 and PA-05. This item will not work if you are purchasing it for general patient restraint.
Includes (1) Forehead Strap and (2) Arm Straps (the two arm straps are made of ONE piece to secure both arms; see below).
FOREHEAD STRAP: It is made of VELCRO® felt, 36 inches long, and holds the head with its cushions. Both ends adhere to the hooks under the board. Do not overtighten if there is a possibility of a skull fracture.
ARM STRAP: It is usually installed, but tightened only on very agitated children, as "L" cushions usually suffice. Made of VELCRO® felt, 20 inches long, it is passed behind the neck, never in front, and over the arms. Both ends adhere under the board.
