Our specially formulated resilient ligaments articulate the bones of the shoulder girdle - clavicle, scapula and proximal half of the humerus - to faithfully reproduce both the form and functionality of the human shoulder joint.
Ligaments included are: acromioclavicular, coracoclavicular (conoid and trapezoid portions), coracoacromial, coracohumeral, glenohumeral fused with the capsular ligament, superior transverse ligament, and long tendon of the biceps brachii muscle.
Mounted on a hardwood display base, this life-size replica lifts off to accommodate manipulation and examination from all aspects.
