Product Description

Domico Med-Device's Forehead Strap with Adult Pad works together with Carbon Fiber Head Holder (SKU 9091, sold separately) to ensure patient comfort and security during CT scans, reducing duplicate scans, scan time, and costs.

Features:

Places the strap around the patient's forehead to comfortably secure the patient in the head holder, allowing for stable and consistent imaging
The open cell foam pad attached to the strap improves comfort for the patient, allowing both restraint and comfort to be possible
Includes a foam pad that offers extra comfort for the patient while ensuring proper restraint
The center pad is scan-coated such that it can be wiped down between patients
The strap is 23" L

Warranty: 60 days from date of shipment against manufacturing defects.

Returns

Customers wishing to return this product must contact Customer Service to obtain a valid return authorization number within 30 days of receipt. Please note, due to infection control concerns, to qualify for a return all parts must be unused and in the original packaging. The sealed plastic bag can not have been opened. A decontamination form will be provided when the RMA is issued and the completed form must be included with the return. A minimum restocking fee of 25% will apply to all returns.
