Returns

No return will be accepted without a Return Goods Authorization number from Customer Service. RGAs may be requested within 30 days of product shipment. Custom items are not returnable. There will be a minimum 15% restocking fee on any return received in sellable condition. Customer will be liable for return freight and original shipping freight for any return. Sterile items can NOT be opened to qualify for return.

In what material are the easy covers made?

The Sterile Eazy Equipment Covers are made out of polyethylene.

What do the two dimensions refer to? H x W or L x W? I have a piece of equipment that is 59" H x 36" W x 22" D. Which part number would work for this?

The dimensions listed are W x L. These particular Sterile Covers will not meet your needs. Please consider item # EZ-3690 (Sterile Eazy Equipment Covers w/ Elastic Band Closure). It measures 36"W x 90"L and can be used on C-Arm intensifiers and other larger types of medical equipment.
