Instructions

These gloves cannot be sterilized. Clean by wiping away stains as soon as possible using cold water and mild detergent. Do not autoclave. SHIELDING INTERNATIONAL™ warrants RL Regular Lead and TL Lite Ply x-ray protection apparel from material defects and workmanship for a period of (2) years from the date of purchase. (NL Non Lead apparel is limited to a 1 year warranty.) Our warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accident or neglect. Seller's obligation is hereby limited exclusively to repair and replacement of any defective products. Seller hereby disclaims all other warranties, either expressed or implied including any implied warranty of merchantability. There are no warranties which extend beyond the description of the face hereof.

Returns

All returns must be authorized and are subject to inspection for damages or wear. Products cannot be unless accompanied by a valid Return Authorization Number issued by the Universal Medical Customer Service Department. In the event of manufacturer error or defective merchandise, returns will be authorized for complete credit. No returns will be allowed past 30 days from the date of item receipt. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. (Damages on returned items will be the responsibility of the shipper. For proper credit to be considered, every effort should be made to assure a damage-free return). All authorized returns are subject to a restocking fee.
