Warranty: Paragon Pro Inc. warrants to the original end user all products manufactured by the company to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for the period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required. This warranty only applies to hardware components of the product that are not subject to accident, misuse, neglect, fire or other external causes, alterations, repair, or commercial use.

CIRCULATING WATER TEMPERATURE
Using the minimum amount of water and filling the rest of the cooler with ice will result in the lowest temperature. When powered on, the water temperature circulating through the vest is approx. 54-60 degrees. As the water circulates and the users body temperature warms that water, the ice will begin to melt. The circulating temperature will slowly rise as the ice melts. Â
Returns
Products must be returned in unused, resalable condition with the original packaging. To return this item you must contact Customer Service within 7 days of receipt to obtain a valid Return Authorization Number. Restocking fees may apply at the discretion of the manufacturer. Customers original shipping charges will not be reimbursed. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges and insuring the package. Credit will not be issued if product is received damaged.
