The manufacturer recommends these items are wiped down with alcohol or soap & water. They do not recommend steam or ETO sterilization. Markers should not be submersed.

I understand that the cup measures 1.5". How long is the nipple from the cup to the cut where it clips into the unit ?
The total overall height of the suction cup is 1/2".
Do you make a 4" and 5"suction cup with the same design?
We do not currently sell suction cups in other sizes. We offer these suction cups specifically as replacements to another product we sell.
Can these suction be use in the shower?
These cups are designed as replacements for mammography markers. We can not confirm if they would function in the shower as this is not their intended use.
