Techno-Aide's Premium Plus Radiolucent Memory Foam Table Pads are the ultimate imaging solution. These exceptional table pads can be used on imaging tables or stretchers to provide added comfort and stability for patients.

Table Pad Dimensions: 80" L x 30" W x 2" Thick

2" Thick Memory Foam is great for long procedures and sensitive patients. 1" of 5.5lb memory foam is placed on top of 1" of comfort foam.

Cover Material: Comfortable, pliable, antimicrobial premium 4-Way Stretch Fabric in Black.

Table Pad Backing Options: Available with Anti-Slip Backing or with No Anti-Slip Backing

Premium Plus Radiolucent X-Ray Table Pads are also available with Comfort Foam and Firm Foam. If a smaller table pad is needed, please choose the 72" L x 23.25" W x 2" Thick.

Please Note: Table pads may be received with "wrinkles", "creases", and/or "fabric grooves" due to shipping requirements. Economy Table Pad Vinyl is the most susceptible vinyl fabric to permanent or long-term "wrinkles", "creases", and/or "fabric grooves" that may show up during imaging due to shipping. We recommend all table pads be laid flat upon initial receipt and be allowed time to reform any "wrinkles", "creases", and/or "fabric grooves." We typically recommend allowing table pads to be laid flat and sit undisturbed for 48-72 hours before use in any imaging environment. Please note any pad over 1 1/4" thick is not recommended for use in x-ray, as seams, wrinkles, and/or fabric grooves will show.

Instructions

Warranty: The manufacturer warrants to the original end user all products manufactured by the company to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for the period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage dues to abuse, modification or improper use, or for any use which exceeds the published capacity of the product. The manufacturer reserves the right to deem any and all product defects or damage not covered by warranty for any of the aforementioned reasonings.

Returns

Return Authorization must be obtained from Customer Service within 10 days of product receipt. A reason for return must be provided with the request. Product must be returned in new, unused condition. In some scenarios, photos of the product may be required prior to return. All returns are subject to a minimum 25% restocking charge. All shipping charges remain payable by the purchaser.
