The PETG Square Storage Bottle, Tray-Packed is ideal for storing and transporting culture media, serum, buffers, intermediates, and reagents used by biopharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, and research and development institutions focused on reagents.
Features:
Offers glass-like transparency, durability, and excellent gas barrier properties
Maintains good cell proliferation and morphology when used with various cell lines
Can be sterilized via radiation or compatible chemicals
Not suitable for high-temperature, high-pressure sterilization
Commonly used in sterile, disposable containers for cell culture and media storage
Not Autoclavable
Storage or sampling of active pharmaceutical ingredients and bulk intermediates
Can store pH-sensitive liquids
It has strong tolerance, low temperature resistance, UV resistance, and durability
Non-cytotoxic, non-pyrogenic, and free from animal-derived components
Comply with USP Class VI, USP<661> biocompatibility standards, and ISO 10993 quality systems
Tray-Packed
Sealed with a one-piece plastic coating using packaging equipment
Ensures better protection and fewer collisions between bottles during transport
Prevents contamination and product loss
Allows efficient stacking for high space utilization
Structural Features:
Cap - The mold for the cap is specifically designed. The cap is formed through one-shot moulding without an inner gasket, enabling it to be closely attached to the body for better sealing performance
Bottleneck - The smooth buckle design reduces residue inside
Body - Has high transparency, mechanical strength, and strong impact resistance, and is convenient for observation and transportation. The smooth inner surface minimizes the residue on the inner wall. The thickness of the bottle wall is uniform for better anti-crack and anti-puncture capacity
Bottom - The bottom has curved inner corners that are easy to clean, and the bottom is injection molded with raw material information
