The Revolution™ Closed Surgical Case Cart RCC-242-B is ergonomically designed to be lightweight and easy to handle, requiring less push/pull force than standard case carts. Unique features make the cart safe and easy to use.

• Roll-out shelves (sold separately) with two position, spring loaded arm mechanism securely locks the shelf in the extended or retracted position. With the shelf fixed in the extended position, staff can easily and safely load the cart without movement from the shelf.
• Biohazard/Clean ID Wheel clearly communicate the contents and destination of the cart - supports staff safety and sterility. Designed for compliance with OSHA standard CFR 1910.1030, ANSI/AAMI ST 79.
• Revolve™ 6" diameter, maintenance-free, high-temp, engineered thermoplastic casters with two direction and two total lock casters
• Glass-flled polymer handle system with integrated door catch mechanism
• Polymer handle is cooler to the touch after cart washing
• Integrated body, floor and doors increases overall cart rigidity
• Inside floor is sloped 1.5 degrees to the rear of cart to contain fluids

Revolve™ Caster Features: New maintenance-free re•volve™ caster is made from engineered thermoplastic. Rated to 280° Fahrenheit, this high temp caster features four precision bearings in each caster - best in the industry. Twin sets of precision stainless steel sealed ball bearings in the axle and swivel improves cart handling, maneuverability and reduces the overall push/pull force by 32%.

• Direction Lock: Two pedal activated swivel lock casters are located at the back side of the cart. Direction lock is integrated into the saddle of the caster allowing for upgrades or caster replacement to take place in the field. When engaged, improves the steering of the cart. Caster is bolt mounted.
• Total Lock: To secure the cart in a stationary position for loading and unloading of contents, engage the two Total Lock casters located at the front of the cart.
