Instructions

Warranty: Paradigm Bracing warrants that products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 1 year. Warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, improper application, modification, repair, or unauthorized shipment.

Returns

Products must be returned in unused, resalable condition with the original packaging. Please contact Customer Service for a valid return authorization within 30 days of receipt of purchase. A minimum restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price will be deducted from the refund. Customers original shipping charges will not be reimbursed. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges and insuring the package. Credit will not be issued if product is received damaged.
