Constructed of durable 1/8" thick High Impact Plastic, this covered clipboard with smooth beveled edges features a convenient velcro fastener to keep papers and records secure and organized while keeping sensitive patient information concealed.

Designed for maximum durability, this clipboard features a Flex-Hinged lid and a rugged low-profile steel clip that tilts back easily to load most letter-sized documents or writing pads. The smooth plastic backboard is ideal for signing documents and filing out forms and the hanger lets you easily hang your covered clipboard over the patient's bed.

Warranty: RI Plastics warrants their products to be free from defects in materials (naturally occurring blemish in plastic etc) and workmanship (glue joints etc) for the life of the product, when used for the intended purpose it was made for, and properly maintained according to specifications. Proper care should be taken to ensure that the correct cleaning materials/chemicals are used as suggested. The improper use of cleaning materials may result in crazing, which is not covered by warranty. The warranty does not cover scratches due to normal wear and tear, breakage due to the product being dropped or other misuse/abuse. All warranty claims are at the discretion of the manufacturer.

Returns

In order to return this item a valid Return Authorization number must be obtained from the Customer Service department within 14 days of receipt of the item. A restocking fee may be deducted at the discretion of the manufacturer. Custom items are not able to be returned. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees.
