Our Narcotic Cabinet with Push Button Locks - 15" H x 11" W x 8" D helps prevent unauthorized personnel or patients from obtaining access to medications. Heavy duty, stainless steel construction. Piano-hinged doors with push-button combination locks. Outside door has a triple bolt wafer lock, which opens to the 2nd door with a push-button cam lock. 2 adjustable shelves increase storage capacity. Meets Schedule 2 drug storage requirements, approved for storage of schedule drug classes II thru V. Approved for refrigerated applications. Top of the cabinet lifts so that the unit can be flipped to accommodate left or right door swing. Warranty: Products manufactured by OMNIMED®, Inc. are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for LIFE with one year on the locks, provided the specific equipment is used as recommended. This guarantee shall not apply to any equipment which has been damaged, misused, repaired or altered outside our factory without our authorization. Dents, scratches and bent parts are considered normal wear and tear and do not apply.
Returns
Products must be returned in unused, resalable condition with the original packaging. Please contact Customer Service for a valid return authorization within 30 days of receipt of purchase. A minimum restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price will be deducted from the refund. Customers original shipping charges will not be reimbursed. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges and insuring the package. Credit will not be issued if product is received damaged.
