Our MR-Safe Large Sanitary Headset Covers are designed for the sanitary safety of your patients during their scans. Strong rip resistant fabric extends the life of your headset. Slightly oversized to easily fit onto any larger-style headset with 5" ear cushions. The strong elastic holds the cover in place. Available in black or white.
