Instructions
Warranty: Migali Scientific warrants its refrigeration units to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. Labor and parts are covered for one year from the date of shipment. Warranty service must be performed by an authorized Migali Scientific service agent. Unauthorized service is not covered under warranty. The hermetically sealed compressor is covered by a five-year warranty from the date of shipment, provided manufacturer inspection confirms the compressor is defective. Models beginning with “EVOX” include an additional two years of compressor coverage, for a total of seven years.

Returns
Products must be returned in unused, resalable condition with the original packaging. Please contact Customer Service for a valid return authorization within 14 days of receipt of purchase. A minimum restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price will be deducted from the refund. Customers original shipping charges will not be reimbursed. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges and insuring the package. Credit will not be issued if product is received damaged.
