The Lumex® Swivel Wheels for Walker provide a full 360-degree turning radius, making it easier to maneuver walkers in confined areas.

- Recommended for use on Lumex® Walkers
- Designed to fit 1" standard walker tubing
- Swivel wheels attach to the front of walkers only and are recommended for use with Lumex® Glide Brakes
- 3" wheels are ideal for navigating flat surfaces, especially indoors
- Large 5" wheels are ideal for navigating difficult terrain such as pavement, grass, or carpet
- Comes standard with glide covers
- Designed to meet the requirements of Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System (HCPCS) code: E0155

Returns
Products must be returned in unused, resalable condition with the original packaging. Please contact Customer Service for a valid return authorization within 30 days of receipt of purchase. A minimum restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price will be deducted from the refund. Customers original shipping charges will not be reimbursed. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges and insuring the package. Credit will not be issued if product is received damaged.
