These Lock-N-Secure® DR panel protectors contain multiple layers to absorb impact and increase weight capacity. Designed for both tethered and wireless FPDs, they are strong yet lightweight offering a high degree of protection.

Limited Lifetime Warranty:
RC Imaging warrants our Lock-N-Secure to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions as described herein*. If the product fails to meet or exceed its specified performance, RC Imaging will either repair or replace the product at our discretion. The repair or replacement remedy shall be the sole and exclusive remedy provided under this limited Product Warranty. This Limited Warranty does not apply if, according to RC Imaging's absolute judgment, any of the following have occurred: Accidental damage, abuse or neglect. Alteration or attempted repair by anyone other than RC Imaging. "Acts of God", including but not limited to; lightning, fire, flood, earthquakes, power failure surges or vandalism. The serial number or product specification label have been removed or modified in any manner. *Normal use of this product does not include using the product to exert excessive force to lift or move a patient or other object. Furthermore, if the X-Ray Grid, that is contained within the product, is damaged to a point where it is not usable, we will conclude that the Lock -n- Secure® has been misused and it will not be covered by this warranty.
Returns
Products must be returned in unused, resalable condition with the original packaging. Please contact Customer Service for a valid return authorization within 30 days of receipt of purchase. A minimum restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price will be deducted from the refund. Customers original shipping charges will not be reimbursed. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges and insuring the package. Credit will not be issued if product is received damaged.
