Products manufactured by OMNIMED®, Inc. are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year, provided the specific equipment is used as recommended. This guarantee shall not apply to any equipment which has been damaged, misused, repaired or altered outside our factory without our authorization. Dents, scratches and bent parts are considered normal wear and tear and do not apply.

Returns

Products must be returned in unused, resalable condition with the original packaging. Please contact Customer Service for a valid return authorization within 30 days of receipt of purchase. A minimum restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price will be deducted from the refund. Customers original shipping charges will not be reimbursed. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges and insuring the package. Credit will not be issued if product is received damaged.

Do you offer a fixed mount that could screwed into the door and left there to place the station on when needed?
This item is compatible with over the door hangers and also offers hanging holes for wall mounting. Mounting hardware is included with the unit.

Does mounting hardware include suction cup or some other way to temporarily attach to a glass door surface where your door hanging bracket is not feasible?
The mounting hardware included with this item are screws that would be placed through the hanging holes provided in this unit then into the surface that it will be hung on, such as drywall. A suction cup is not included with this item. We do not recommend fastening it to a glass door using the hardware included.
