Instructions

Warranty: Phillips Safety products are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear (including scratches) or damage caused by overloading or improper use.

Returns

Customers wishing to return this product must contact Customer Service to request a valid return authorization number within 14 days of receipt. A restocking fee (up to 25%) may be deducted for all returns. Please note, frames with prescription lenses cannot be returned. Frames with custom imprints cannot be returned. All return shipping charges remain payable by the purchaser.
