Warranty: Hoshizaki Steelheart® and HX Series Refrigerators, Freezers, Heated Holding Cabinets, and Heated Warming Cabinets are warranted to the original owner/user to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper maintenance. Products are covered by a 7-year parts and labor warranty, including the compressor. Solid-door upright models also include a limited lifetime warranty on doors and hinges after the initial 7-year warranty period, excluding labor charges. Warranty registration must be completed within 30 days of installation. Warranty does not cover wear items, improper installation, misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, electrical issues, or lack of required maintenance.

Please Note: This item ships via motor freight carrier. Shipping fees often have to be re-quoted when purchasing this item. Returns
Products must be returned in unused, resalable condition with the original packaging. To return this item you must contact Customer Service within 14 days of receipt to obtain a valid Return Authorization Number. Restocking fees may apply at the discretion of the manufacturer. Customers original shipping charges will not be reimbursed. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges and insuring the package. Credit will not be issued if product is received damaged.
