Products manufactured by OMNIMED®, Inc. are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year, provided the specific equipment is used as recommended. This guarantee shall not apply to any equipment which has been damaged, misused, repaired or altered outside our factory without our authorization. Dents, scratches and bent parts are considered normal wear and tear and do not apply.

Returns

Products must be returned in unused, resalable condition with the original packaging. Please contact Customer Service for a valid return authorization within 30 days of receipt of purchase. A minimum restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price will be deducted from the refund. Customers original shipping charges will not be reimbursed. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges and insuring the package. Credit will not be issued if product is received damaged.

What is the maximum weight I can place on this stand? Can you identify one with the highest weight capability?
This item has a maximum weight limit of 25lbs. Anything over this amount will cause the unit to topple over. If you need a stand with a higher weight capacity, we recommend item# 741300 which has a heavier and larger base. The weight capacity for that item is 40lbs.
