Warranty: Health o meter® Professional scales are warranted from the date of purchase against defects of materials or in workmanship for 2 Years. Your warranty does not cover normal wear of parts or damage resulting from any of the following: negligent use or misuse of the product, use on improper voltage or current, use contrary to the operating instructions, abuse including tampering, damage in transit, or unauthorized repair or alternations. If the manufacturer determines that a defect of material or workmanship exists, a customer’s sole remedy will be the replacement of scale at no charge. Replacement will be made with a new or remanufactured product or component. If the product is no longer available, a replacement may be made with a similar product of equal or greater value. All parts including replaced parts are covered only for the original warranty period.
Returns
Products must be returned in unused, unopened, resalable condition with the original packaging. To return this item you must contact Customer Service within 30 days of receipt to obtain a valid Return Authorization Number. Restocking fees may apply at the discretion of the manufacturer. Customers original shipping charges will not be reimbursed. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges and insuring the package. Credit will not be issued if product is received damaged.
