Our Universal Medical Head Immobilizer for Papoose Boards is the ideal accessory to provide head immobilization quickly and easily. The head immobilizer is designed to be used in conjunction with our small, regular, and large Universal Medical papoose boards, but not our Extra Large/Adult board. It's constructed with nylon screws and ABS plastic and is MRI safe to serve medical imaging requirements. It's adjustable from 4.75 to 8.25" wide, and the panel where the patient's head rests is 6" top to bottom. For compatible options, view our complete selection of papoose boards.

Product Description

The head immobilizer is designed for use with our small, regular and large boards. This item is not compatible with the Extra Large/Adult board.
The unit is adjustable to be used in conjunction with which ever board you desire
MRI Safe - produced of Nylon Screws and ABS Plastic
Dimensions of Panel where patient's head rests is 6" Top to Bottom and Adjustable from 4.75-8.25" Wide
Strap is not included, however we do offer a disposable product called self strap that can be purchased for this application.

Warranty: RI Plastics warrants their products to be free from defects in materials (naturally occurring blemish in plastic etc) and workmanship (glue joints etc) for the life of the product, when used for the intended purpose it was made for, and properly maintained according to specifications. Proper care should be taken to ensure that the correct cleaning materials/chemicals are used as suggested. The improper use of cleaning materials may result in crazing, which is not covered by warranty. The warranty does not cover scratches due to normal wear and tear, breakage due to the product being dropped or other misuse/abuse. All warranty claims are at the discretion of the manufacturer.

Returns

Customers wishing to return this product must contact Customer Service to obtain a valid return authorization number within 14 days of receipt. The item must be in new, resalable condition. A restocking fee may be deducted at the discretion of the manufacturer.
