Limited Warranty: Heathrow Scientific® LLC warrants that your mini-centrifuge will be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal use and service for two years from the date of purchase.

Returns

Return authorization must be requested from Customer Service within 30 days of product receipt. All returns will be subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee. All returns must be unopened, in their original condition and packaging. All sterilized items are not able to be returned. All unauthorized returns will be refused. All shipping fees are nonrefundable and remain payable by the purchaser.
