Warranty: Pivotal Health Solutions warrants to the original purchaser that each Armedica product includes an 18-month warranty on the table and shall be free from defects in material and workmanship. The company agrees to remedy any such defect or to furnish a new or equivalent part in exchange, if necessary. The warranty covers components and repairs (labor) as indicated below, commencing on the date of the original shipment.
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, provided the product is used for its intended purpose and is properly set up and maintained by the customer. It does not include damage resulting from accidents and expressly excludes normal wear of parts or deterioration due to regular use, as well as damage caused by improper setup or storage, or defects resulting from transportation, accident, fire, flood, alteration, abuse, misuse, or negligence.
Pivotal Health Solutions shall not be liable for any direct or indirect, incidental, exemplary, or consequential damages or delays, including damages for loss of income or loss of use.
