Returns

Customers wishing to return this product must contact Customer Service to obtain a valid return authorization number within 14 days of receipt. A minimum 25% restocking fee applies to all returns. All shipping charges remain payable. Please note, only the standard parts as pictured may be returned. Any flag signals that are ordered with custom color selections or a customization of the order of the flags can not be returned and are final sale.

Do you offer a 5 flag system? Can I choose the colors?
Yes, the manufacturer does offer a 5 Flag System as a special-order item. The color choices are: Red, White, Green, Yellow, Blue, Black, Teal, Gray, Steel Blue, Berry, Mauve, Sea Spray, Orange, and Brown.
