Polyform-F® is the spill control product of choice for the safe and rapid control of harmful vapors from formaldehyde, glutaraldehyde, 10% buffered formalin, and other aldehydes including formaldehyde-phenol based embalming solutions.
Once Polyform-F® free flowing granules are applied, the harmful vapors are eliminated in 2 to 3 minutes. The formaldehyde and other aldehyde solution are neutralized, irreversibly polymerized and phenol vapor is subsequently reduced in this reaction by more than 90%, leaving a non-hazardous biodegradable polymer that is safe and simple for personnel to clean up and dispose

No return will be accepted by the seller for any reason without prior written authorization. Returns will be accepted within 30 days of shipment, only if products are in new and unused condition (must be in original, unopened carton/packaging) and accompanied by a health and safety declaration as regards potential contamination with hazardous materials due to customer use of the product. The manufacturer reserves the right to assess a minimum 20 percent restocking fee at their discretion. All shipping charges remain payable. This manufacturer assesses order cancellation fees if a submitted order is cancelled prior to shipment.

1. There is an expiration date. It is 4 years from the date of manufacture.
2. Opening the container at the time of use should not present a problem provided it is closed and tightly sealed right after use.
3. Store in the original container protected from direct sunlight in a dry, cool and well-ventilated area, away from incompatible materials and food and drink.
