Customers wishing to return this product must contact Customer Service to obtain a valid return authorization number within 30 days of shipment. A restocking fee may be deducted at the discretion of the manufacturer. Sterile items are not able to be returned. Due to infection control concerns, returned items must be un-used, unopened, and returned in original packaging. The manufacturer reserves the right to request photos showing the goods in their original packaging prior to issuing an RMA. All shipping fees remain payable by the purchaser.
