Returns

All returns must be authorized and are subject to inspection for damages or wear. Products cannot be returned unless accompanied by a valid Return Authorization Number issued by the Universal Medical Customer Service Department. In the event of manufacturer error or defective merchandise, returns will be authorized for complete credit. No returns will be allowed past 30 days from the date of item receipt. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. (Damages on returned items will be the responsibility of the shipper. For proper credit to be considered, every effort should be made to assure a damage-free return). All authorized returns are subject to a restocking fee.

What type of backing is required to secure the apron rack on the wall? Can it be mounted using toggle bolts through drywall?
The manufacturer does not provide specific installation instructions, however for similar apron racks it is recommended that the rack be mounted to the wall studs, not just into the dry wall. A plywood backing should be used when mounting to the wall studs.
