The Champion Healthcare Head Flap is an optional accessory for the Ascent Bariatric and Ascent II Recliners.

Double-sided head flap that protects the seat back to extend the life of the recliner
Factory-installed and must be ordered with the recliner
The fabric color selected for the recliner will also be used for the head flap

*Please Note: The recliner is sold separately.

Instructions

Warranty: Champion warrants all other products, product components, and / or accessories to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of two (2) years from the date of shipment, provided that the product is in use by the original owner and has been used only for its original purpose. This would include, among other products: “Champion” approved and supplied actuators, power & electrical systems, foam packs, paint / powder coat finishes, tables, and casters.
