Product Description

The Champion Healthcare First Standard Fold-Away Table comes standard with most recliner models but is available as an optional upgrade for the Classic 58 (586 and 58P), Classic 59 (596 and 59P), and Classic 89 (898 and 89P) Series.

Easily accessible to patients and caregivers
Available for installation on both sides with the Second Standard Fold-Away Table (CHS-S)
Factory-installed and must be ordered with the recliner

Instructions

Warranty: Champion warrants all other products, product components, and / or accessories to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of two (2) years from the date of shipment, provided that the product is in use by the original owner and has been used only for its original purpose. This would include, among other products: “Champion” approved and supplied actuators, power & electrical systems, foam packs, paint / powder coat finishes, tables, and casters.
